This paper demonstrates very good agreement between the apsidal method of calculating precession due to rotation and the Larmor method of UFT345. The averaging method of Section 3 of UFT345 can be used to obtain precise agreement with experimental data (Gravity Probe B). This gives great confidence in ECE and ECE2 theory and this is the first time that this effect has been calculated correctly, with incorporation of both torsion and curvature, using two different methods that give essentially the same result. The very large and permanent ECE2 school of physics, distributed throughout the world, rejects the standard model calculation of this effect, due to Lense and Thirring, but without the correct geometry. The Lense Thirring precession of the standard physics is precession due to the rotation of an object such as the Earth, sometimes called frame dragging.
