Igor Kirillov. On November 28, 2022, the Russian Embassy in Italy published a report dated November 26, 2022 by Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the nuclear, chemical and biological defense troops of the Russian Armed Forces. The Ninth States Review Conference of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention will be held from 28 November to 16 December 2022 in Geneva. “The report shows that the United States continues to include military biological capability enhancement goals in its doctrinal documents. As part of the Strategy, the United States intends to increase global control of the world’s biological environment and reserves the right to conduct “dual” research, even outside the national territory. Another strategic planning document is the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (#DTRA) Updated 2027 Strategy, which explicitly acknowledges its dual role. It is not only about providing protection, but also combat support of military units.”[1]

The USA which for years has set up their biolaboratories in many countries of the world for the production of military biological weapons with the technique called “gain function”, literally function enrichment, is now setting up biolaboratories in Italy in Pesaro, Pisa, Livorno, the ‘Aquila, Sigonella. The Sicilian locality has NUROM 3, the US military biolaboratory was transferred from Egypt to Sigonella, active since April 2022, holder of the MERS-CoV coronavirus. since 2012.[2]

“The Municipality of Pesaro has authorized the sale of public land in order to create a biosafety laboratory managed by the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Umbria and the Marches Togo Rosati. As a DEM exponent and linked to Lynn Forester Lady de Rothschild, Clinton was then Secretary of State in Obama’s first presidential term (2009/2013). Albright helped shape American policy after the Cold War, supporting NATO enlargement to include former Warsaw Pact countries and armed intervention in Kosovo in spring 1999, again for “humanitarian and philanthropic reasons”. Albright (Korbelová) the Czechoslovak American as Secretary of State, held a political role at the top of world power promoted and favored NATO’s expansion policies in the world and in the band of countries around Russia including the conditions that led to the current conflict in Ukraine. Albright was trained and in turn taught US politics and diplomacy for many years as a lecturer in International Affairs at the Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service, founded in 1919 by Jesuit Edmund Walsh is within the Jesuit university called Georgetown University in Washington DC, District Columbia.

The concentrate of his philosophy of thought, which reflects the Jesuit School of Foreign Service where he taught it for many years, can be read in his original English book Fascism a warning, translated into Italian by the Chiarelettere Publisher in 2019 with the title “Fascism a warning”, The deuteronomic violence (old testament) of the political philosophy taught by Albright can be deduced very well on page. 216 of the Italian version.

“I never tire of repeating to my students the primary purpose of foreign policy is very simple: to convince other countries to do what we would like. To achieve this we have various tools at our disposal, ranging from making polite requests to sending the army on the spot. The incentives we can offer range from words of praise to crates of seeds, to ships full of tanks. We can put pressure on the recalcitrant by co-opting allies, friends and international organizations to strengthen our demands. If we are clearly on the side of reason, we can threaten to impose economic and security sanctions, or trade sanctions tout court, and progressively heavier them if the government in question refuses to do what we believe is right. To arouse attention we can stage peaceful but instructive tests of military prowess under the nose of the country in question. If circumstances permit, we can use covert means to sabotage their activities so that, for example, when they launch a missile, it descends instead of gaining altitude. Or we can insist on the benefits that an agreement could bring: an end to isolation, a new era of prosperity, long-term security and peace.”[4]

An interesting key to reading the page of the book Fascism a warning is given by Dr. Oliver Antic, Professor of Law and Ambassador of Serbia to Portugal, who states that Albright: The first step of a fascist regime is to try to monopolize the flow of information through propaganda, media control in all its forms, and dictating what can be taught in schools.[5]

Paladins of a distorted philanthropy preach peace, justice, human rights, however it is singular that what Albright taught in the Jesuit university finds a total correspondence to chapter 20 of Deuteronomy, one of the 5 books of the old testament, from verses 10 to 17:

10 When you approach a city to attack it, you will first offer it peace. 11 If it accepts peace and opens its gates to you, all the people who are there will be your tributaries and will serve you. 12 But if it does not want to make peace with you and wants war, then you will besiege it. 13 When the Lord your God delivers her into your hand, you shall strike all the males of her with the edge of the sword; 14 but the women, the children, the livestock, and all that is in the city, all its booty, you shall take as your plunder; you shall eat the plunder of your enemies which the Lord your God has given you. 15 So shall you do for all the cities which are far away from you and which are not cities of these nations. 16 Only in the cities of these peoples that the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, you will not leave any breathing thing alive; 17 but you will devote them to extermination…[6]

Equally strange that the foreign policy of the American Democrats (DEM) flows with the same identical principles into the deuteronomic expansion policies of NATO all over the world. Alumni of Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service include:

– George William Casey Jr. Chief of Staff of the United States Army from 2007 to 2011;

– James Logan Jones Jr. General and adviser to the US Marine Corps, Commander of US European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Chairman of the Congressional Independent Commission on Iraqi Security Forces, Special Envoy for Security in the Middle East, he was president of the Atlantic Council.

– Petraeus David ranges from the CIA to NATO. Commander of the United States Army, in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, the Arabian Peninsula and parts of Africa. Petreus on July 18, 2011 officially left the command to his successor, Marine General James Mattis, to move on to direct the CIA. On April 28, 2011, President Obama (DEM) appointed General David Petraeus as the new director of the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency); appointment confirmed by the Senate on June 30, 2011. On November 9, 2012 David Petraues resigned as director of the CIA.

Peter Pace, despite not being a student of the Jesuit University, in April 2006 the John Carroll Society honored him with the John Carroll Medal, in October 2006 Georgetown University honored him with its president’s medal. We recall that the Jesuit John Carroll in 1789 was the founder of Georgtown College then University. U.S. Marine Corps General Pace, (started in Vietnam 1968, 1972 Thailand, 1988 South Korea then Somalia and Japan), Chief of the Joint Staff, highest rank in the US Army hierarchy, General of the United States Air Force. Among numerous non-military awards, he received the Henry M. Jackson Distinguished Service Award from the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) in 2005. [7]

Over the past 70 years the School of Foreign Service and its offshoots are thought to have been very busy given the large number of countries bombed by the US and its allies. Considering that the USA is the only nation in the world to have hit Hiroshima and Nagasaki far from the war theater with atomic bombs, today the list published by the Chinese Embassy of the states attacked by the USA after the Second World War with the application of the deuteronomic method to the following countries:

The Mortara Center for International Studies is an academic research center at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. as part of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service in Georgetown. Georgetown University’s Mortara Center organizes and co-sponsors lectures, seminars, and conferences, and provides research and publication support on international affairs. Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, during her lifetime, was also a distinguished professor of the Mortara Center. The center was born in 2003 thanks to a donation from the Michael and Virginia Mortara Foundation. At the time of her death in November 2000, Mortara was chairman and chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs Ventures. As an alumnus, Mortara served on the University’s Board of Trustees, recruited Georgetown students for Goldman Sachs, a bank that is a shareholder of the Black Rock investment fund,[9] a shareholder in Pfizer and Moderna.

Founded in 1869 by Marcus Goldman, a German of Jewish origin who immigrated to the United States, the company acquired the Sachs name when Marcus Goldman was joined by his son-in-law Samuel Sachs in 1896 and in the same year it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.[10] Black Rock was founded in 1988 by Laurence “Larry” Fink and Robert Steven Kapito. Fink was born into a family of Jewish origin, his father owned a shoe store, his mother an English teacher.[11]

On the Italian side, Romano Prodi and the two Jesuit alumni Mario Monti and Mario Draghi worked for Goldman Sachs, all three for their respective roles: student, lecturer and honorary member of the London School of Economics.[12] Monti studied at the Leo XIII Jesuit Institute in Milan and Draghi studied at the Massimiliano Massimo Jesuit Institute in Rome, another student at the Massimo Institute was Elisabetta Belloni, one of the eligible candidates in the last elections for the Italian head of state, then following the failed election, from 2021 diverted to the general directorate of the security information department, which has coordination tasks on the Italian secret services. In a sort of pilgrimage to the Jesuit Georgetown University, in the past we find Eugenio Pacelli (Pius XII), while among the leading Italian politicians we find Alcide De Gasperi[13], Giorgio Napolitano[14] and Matteo Renzi in the role of Prime Minister .
