Many thanks indeed for this report and congratulations to the LENR scientists and yourself! Also I am most grateful for bringing the AIAS work to the attention of the radical new group of scientists. This is exactly the best thing that every AIAS / UPITEC Fellow could do, formally or informally, at every opportunity. LENR and spacetime circuits should be developed as quickly as possible, that goes without saying. ECE is the only theory that describes both within a unified framework. PECE and PECE2 are good places to start as background reading. These young radicals will gradually displace the standard modellers. This has to happen in order that humankiind survive the crisis of the next few years. The scientists can divert a major catastrophe by finding new sources of energy.
