The Universal Law of Precession Applied to the Hulse Taylor Binary Pulsar

This note shows that the observed precession of the Hulse Taylor binary pulsar is due to an ECE2 covariant frame rotation at 9.75 milliradians per second. As shown in recent notes this frame rotation is due to spacetime torsion. It has nothing to do with the hopelessly incorrect and obsolete Einsteinian general relativity and does not produce gravitational radiation. As the orbit shrinks the rate of rotation of spacetime changes, so the shrinking of the orbit is due to a change or evolution in spacetime torsion. Several corrections had to be made to severely erroneous wikipedia articles to obtain the correct universal law of precession, Eq. (1).
